Q: Where can I get an Instruction Book/Parts Book/Brochure?
A: Most dealers will carry a parts book so that they can identify a problem with your machine and order the necessary part. With most of the older sewing machines, dealers do not have instruction manuals or parts books. As a service to our customers we are now supplying vaccum and sewing manuals in pdf format for download. Click here to view all of our product manuals.

Q: Where can I get vacuum bags, parts, accessories, service work, or repairs?
A: Please see our dealer locator. There you can find an authorized dealer that will carry the appropriate accessories.

Q: My dealer is too far to drive. How can I get vacuum bags?
A: If you are in this situation, please call the nearest dealer listed in our dealer locator. Many dealers will be more than happy to mail order the bags for you. If this does not work, please let us know of your inconvenience.

Q: My dealer is too far to drive. How can I get sewing parts and accessories?
A: Please call your local Riccar retailer. If your Sewing Machine is needing repair work, most sewing retailers will be able to service your sewing machine and order all the parts it needs from Tacony distributing.

A: We do not authorize dealers to sell any of our products on the Internet because a successful product needs a professional dealer who can provide advice, service and repair work. NOTE: Should you purchase a Riccar product anywhere other than an Authorized Riccar Retailer the manufacturers warranty will not apply.
