Which Riccar Vacuums Qualify?

Not all Riccar vacuums come with the Red Carpet plan, so how do you know if yours does? First, check your vacuum for a Red Carpet Service Plan sticker. You'll find it on the back, side or inside the dust compartment. If your vacuum has this sticker, you're in luck! Your vacuum qualifies for no-charge maintenance. The following Riccar models are currently eligible:

  • R40P (40-Series Premium)
  • R30 Anniversary Edition
  • R30 Deluxe
  • R25 Premium
  • R10 Supralite Premium
  • R10 Cordless Supralite

To keep your Red Carpet Service Plan active, make sure your purchase date an dname are recorded on the sticker. If you're unsure, ask your authorized Riccar retailer for help during your purchase.

What's Included in the Free Tune-Ups?

Every Red Carpet Service Plan visit is a chance to get your vacuum cleaned, inspected, and fine-tuned. During the visit, your vacuum gets:

  • A new bag and filter to keep dust and allergens at bay
  • A full system cleaning to remove dirt buildup
  • A thorough inspection of key parts, including:
    • Belt
    • Agitator brush str9ips
    • Hose
    • Full bag indicator
    • Brushroll jam indicator
    • Carpet height adjustment
    • Floor selector switch
    • Headlights
    • Suction and airflow

If any of these parts are found to be defective and are covered under warranty, they'll be replaced for free. If the damage is due to wear and tear, improper use, or commercial use, charges may apply for repairs.

When Should You Bring in Your Vacuum?

  • R40P: Tune-ups at 11-13 months, 35-37 months, and 59-61 months after purchase.
  • R30 Anniversary Edition & R30 Deluxe: Tune-ups at 23-25 months and 47-49 months after purchase.
  • R25 Premium & R10 Models: Tune-ups at 11-13 months and 35-37 months after purchase.

Some authorized Riccar retailers will ask you to fill out a reminder card when you buy something. This helps you remember. You can set up reminders on your calendar to help you remember service appointments.

Important Reminders About the Red Carpet Service Plan

Please ansure to bring your vacuum for servicing within 30 days of each scheduled tune-up period.

  • If you miss a service date, your Red Carpet Service Plan is canceled. However, your vacuum's warranty will remain valid.
  • The plan is non-transferable and applies only to household use. 
  • Commercial-use vacuums are not covered.
